March 20, 2019 -Memorial Mass for Dr. H. Frank Leftwich, Jr. will be Saturday, March 23, 2019 at St Joseph Catholic Church, Tuskegee, Alabama. Repast immediately following at the Kellogg Center.
Dr. H. Frank Leftwich was inducted into the Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame in the Class of 2017.
In lieu of flowers a named scholarship at Tuskegee University is being formed.

Dr. Robert Wilson III, Chairman of TUAHOF Board of Directors, has established a TUAHOF Communication/IT Committee.
The committee will be responsible for coordinating the dissemination of information to hall of fame members and stakeholders.
The committee will addresses the communication needs of the hall of fame via various communication initiatives (technology/delivery).

The 2018 Hall of Fame game will get a makeover in 2018 when Tuskegee play Lane College on September 29th home game.
The game has been endorsed by Tuskegee University a number of years, but the game did not highlight the hall of fame or members. This year the hall of fame board has worked with Tuskegee Athletics to place more emphasis on the Hall of Fame accomplishments.
Also, members of the hall will be recognized during the game and a member of TUAHOF will participate in the coin toss ceremony prior to the game starting.

The TUAHOF Board of Directors look forward to meeting you in Tuskegee on Saturday, September 29 for our Annual Meeting @ 9 A.M. central and The Hall of Fame Football Game @ 1 P.M. central.
If you are unable to attend meeting in Tuskegee, then please participate by voting for proposed constitution changes distributed to you in June. You may download/print a ballot to VOTE on constitution changes by clicking here. Please mail or email completed ballot by September 15Th.

The TUAHOF Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the “2018 Annual Members Meeting” will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 in Logan Hall on the campus of Tuskegee University.
The Board of Directors request that members plan to attend the meeting.
During the meeting, a vote will occur on proposed revisions to our Constitution & Bylaws. Hall of Fame Members must be notified 90 days prior to a vote on the proposed revisions.

May 2, 2018 – Wiley Lucas, Jr. passed away on May 2, 2018 in Montgomery, 
AL. Lucas graduated from Tuskegee in 1981 and was inducted into the Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame in the Class of 2005.
Homecoming service was held on Thursday, May 10 2018 @ 11:00 am in Brundidge, AL.

April 23, 2018 – Maurice Evans, Jr. passed away on April 23th, 2018. Evans graduated from Tuskegee in 1988 and was inducted into the Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame in the Class of 2015.
Homecoming service was held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 @ 1 pm in Decatur, GA.
The family requests donations be made to the Evans Scholarship Fund.

April 10, 2018 – Colonel George L. Brown passed away on April 10th, 2018. Brown graduated from Tuskegee in 1957 and was inducted into the Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame in the Class of 1957.
Homecoming service was held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 @ Noon in St. Petersburg FL. Colonel Brown was buried in Bay Pines National Cemetery.
The family requests donations be made to the Colonel George Brown Scholarship Fund at The Academy Prep Center of St Petersburg, 2301 22nd Avenue, South, St Pete, FL 33712.

Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame 2017 Inductees Announced

The Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame (TUAHOF) Selection Committee is pleased to announce the 2017 TUAHOF Class.
The honorees will be recognized during the 2017 Induction Weekend (September 15-16). The main activities include an Enshrinement Banquet and the Hall of Fame Football game.
Tuskegee University Alumni and Friends are invited to support the weekend events that recognize Tuskegee former students-athletes, coaches and administrators who support and represent Tuskegee University with great integrity and accomplishments.

The Hall of Fame Football game will be Saturday, September 16 @ 1 pm CST in Cleve Abbott Alumni Bowl (Tuskegee vs Clark Atlanta). Inductees will be honored at 12 NOON. Game tickets are $20 and can be purchased online here.
